Another case report published in the Journal of Alzheimer's disease and Associated Disorders in its December 30 2021 issues .
This was a report of two patients both developed rapid progressive dementias following COVID-19 prolonged infection and secondary complications with evidence of neurocognitive examination findings and 18f FDG PET scan findings consistent with a diagnosis of major neurocognitive disorder/dementia syndrome .
